Tiago Arouca Mendes, managing partner at MDR Advogados, and consultants Sophie Frazão and Bruno Xavier de Pina from ALC Advogados, attended the Mining Indaba 2024 conference, which took place between 5 and 8 February at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) in Cape Town, South Africa.
The theme of the four-day event was "Embracing the power of positive disruption: A bold new future for African mining", which discussed the need to support change and innovation in the African mining industry.
The Mining Indaba conference is held annually and is exclusively dedicated to the capitalisation and development of mining interests in Africa, with a unique and broad perspective on the African mining industry.
