Principal Associate
Túlia Magaia joined the Firm in 2023 as a principal associate.
Since then, has been providing legal advice to several national and international companies doing business in Mozambique in different commercial transactions in the energy, investment, banking, civil aviation and maritime sectors. Furthermore, she has assisted several companies, as required, for purposes of companies’ incorporation, permitting, acquisitions and restructuring.
Previously, from 2016 to November 2023, has worked as a trainee lawyer, associate lawyer and later as senior associate lawyer at Pimenta e Associados.

Portuguese and English.
MembershipsMozambique Bar Association (admitted in 2018).
Education
Law Degree (ISCTEM, 2016). Currently attending an Advanced Postgraduate course in Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance (Private Law Research Center of the University of Lisbon Law School).
