Paula Duarte Rocha is a speaker at the second webinar on investment arbitration, organised by ALAM (Associação Lusófona de Arbitragem e Mediação) with the support of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and Hong Kong and the Macau Academy of Comparative Alternative Dispute Resolution.
The debate will seek to compare various jurisdictions represented in ICSDI (International Convention on Settlement of Investment Disputes) and specifically analyse the situation of Brazil, which has not yet joined ICSDI, and Angola, which became the 158th member of the ICSDI Convention on 21/10/2022, in relation to other jurisdictions.
