Fabrícia de Almeida Henriques participates in workshop on PPP models for secondary water supply systems

In the context of the advisory services provided by HRA Advogados and Morais Leitão, through ML Legal Circle, to the Administration of Water and Sanitation Infrastructures under the WASH-FIN project financed by the American Agency for International Development (USAID), a discussion workshop on public-private partnership (PPP) models for secondary water supply systems was held in Maputo on 20 February.

 

Fabrícia de Almeida Henriques (HRA Advogados) and Ana Robin de Andrade (Morais Leitão) took part in the workshop. They were responsible for providing information on the legal framework of PPPs in Mozambique, the main difficulties of the legal regime, as well as on the respective regime for contracting PPPs, both public and private.

 

The workshop was aimed at all players (public and private) in the water sector.
